Non-Executive Director Appointments
The Board of ReThink Group (AIM: RTG), the UK based specialist recruitment, consultancy and managed services group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Keith Hirst, CBE, and George Czasznicki as Non-Executive Directors with effect from 28 July 2008. Keith Ronald Hirst, CBE, (age 64) is a graduate engineer who, over the course of his career, has held finance and general management positions on the boards of a number of private and public companies. In 2001 he was awarded the CBE for services to education, training and enterprise in the Black Country. The following are Keith Hirst’s current directorships and those held within the last five years: Past Directorships Jerzy Wojciech Czasznicki, known as George Czasznicki, (age 51) is a qualified chartered accountant and is currently Senior Vice President at the Infor Global Solutions group of companies, a software and solutions group with revenues in excess of $2bn. He has 24 years’ experience in the technology industry, and in building the supporting infrastructure for high-growth companies, having previously held senior finance and operational roles at companies such as Lotus Development Corp., Sybase Inc., BEA Systems Inc. and Open Text Corp.
