Gillian is a highly accomplished and respected Principal Consultant with over 20 year’s practical experience of working with clients in the Financial Services industry. She has proven success in identifying, justifying, planning and executing operational and organizational change across a broad range of core business operations. Gillian brings a sound understanding of the impact of change, gained through extensive experience working with customers in the banking, insurance, communications, hi-tech and retail industries. Specifically, Gillian has been involved in major organizational change programmes within Barclays, Direct Line, Lloyds TSB, HBOS and Vodafone, as well as the MOD and public sector organisations. As Change Principal for AIIMI, Gillian is developing a team of highly experienced change management specialists, whose skills will assist clients to absorb both organizational and operational change. Complementing the AIIMI SPM service capabilities, the Change Management Practice will help clients develop, introduce and then refine their incentive management strategies at both global and local levels, focusing on effective change and benefits realization.
